Our product titles explicitly indicate the subscription nature of our service. For example, your payment receipt will include the product name with details like "Monthly Subscription" or "Quarterly Subscription." This ensures that your purchase type is clear from the outset.
2. Review Your Payment Receipt
Every payment receipt sent to your email includes the product details. Look for the Order Summary section, which informs you of your selected subscription plan
3. Log Into Your Account
You can log into your Alyve account using the email address associated with your purchase. Once logged in:
Navigate to the Manage Subscription section.
Review your active subscriptions, billing cycles, and next delivery dates.
4. Contact Our Support Team
If you don’t see a subscription, you may have used a different email address or purchased a one-time product. Contact our customer care team here for assistance in verifying your account details. Provide your order number or the email address used for your purchase, and we’ll confirm your subscription status for you.
