Managing your subscription with us is designed to be straightforward. You can cancel your subscription directly from your account in just a few steps. Here's how you can do it:

1. Login to your account.
2. Navigate to the 'Account' tab.
3. Click on 'Manage Subscription'.
4. Select which subscription you would like to cancel.

Alternatively, you can always Skip/Reschedule if you would like to keep your subscription but just take a break.

Once you've cancelled you will receive an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled.
