Why can’t I see any subscription information in my account?

This usually happens when a customer accidentally signs up to Alyve with multiple email accounts. Please ensure you’re logging in with the email address linked to your active subscription. If this has not worked - it may be that you haven't activated

What if I have multiple email accounts associated with Alyve?

If you have more than one email account linked to Alyve, make sure you log in with the email associated with your active subscription. If you're unsure, check your order confirmation email for the correct account or get in touch with our Customer Car

How do I activate my account?

When you first complete your quiz or create your account - to activate your account, you should receive an email which says 'Active Your Account'. To activate your account you click on the link within the email which will give you full accessibility

How can I deactivate an unnecessary account?

If you have a second account you no longer need, contact customer care to request deactivation. Please provide the email address for the account you want to close.
