Can I cancel my subscription order which has been processed?Updated 5 months ago
Once your order has been automatically reprocessed via your subscription, you unfortunately are unable to cancel your order or request a refund on an automatically processed order.
Due to the structure of our personalisation system which allows us to deliver your personalised formulas so promptly - we have processes which are automated as soon as an order has been placed. Additionally, by the time our Customer Care team usually receives your request your order will most likely have been fulfilled.
Due to the nature of the products being personalised, they are unable to be used for resale which is why we're unable to accept returns after our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee period.
