Our 30-day money-back guarantee allows our UK based customers to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your first order for any reason. 

If you’re unhappy with your initial order, contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of your beginning your subscription. To claim this guarantee you must return the initial bottle & remaining capsules you have left to redeem this. 

Once we’ve received your returned items, we’ll issue a full refund for the order - no questions asked!

2. We provide one refund per account.
3. Your 30-Day period begins as soon as you have placed your first purchase 
4. All refund requests past the 30-Day cut off period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
5. International returns are currently not accepted
6. Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the product returned back to us
