In the instance your order has been marked as delivered but has not been received, or there are any discrepancies in delivery, such as a delivery to the wrong address, or if it includes wrong items, please get in touch with us with your full name and order information.
For any orders that unfortunately arrive with damages or are missing parts, we will arrange for an immediate reshipment of the affected items to remedy any issues caused by the transportation process.
