How long does it take to receive my results?Updated 6 months ago

Once you've dispatched your sample back to our lab with your pre-paid 24 hour tracking - typically our lab analyses your sample within 24 hours of receiving it. 

Once complete, your results will be immediately uploaded to your Alyve dashboard, where you can view them in your account. You’ll be notified via email as soon as your results are ready to view.

If you don’t receive your results within 5 working days after you’ve posted your sample to the lab, please get in touch with us and our Customer Care team will be able to provide you with further assistance.
