Alyve's Refund Policy:


1. Vitamins & Supplements:

You're entitled to a refund for any reason if you get in touch within the first 30-Day period of your first purchase.

If you request a refund after this period has past, you're unfortunately not eligible. If your product is damaged or not in a safe condition for consumption - please get in touch with our Customer Care Team to review the issue and organise a refund.




2. Blood Tests:

You're entitled to a refund for any reason if you get in touch within the first 30-Day period of your purchase date & if the test is unused.

If you request a refund after this period has past, you're unfortunately not eligible. 

*Please read the test instructions carefully before processing your sample - if done wrong, these tests can come back with insufficient data. Unfortunately refunds are not applicable if results come back insufficient




3. Digital Products:

You're entitled to a refund for any reason if you get in touch within the first 30-Day period of your first purchase unless you have redeemed the service i.e Nutritionist Call or Meal Plan.

If you request a refund after this period has past, you're unfortunately not eligible. If you have had issues trying to reclaim your product - please get in touch with our Customer Care Team to review the issue and organise a refund.




4. All Other Products:

You're entitled to a refund for any reason if you get in touch within the first 30-Day period of your purchase.

If you request a refund after this period has past, you're unfortunately not eligible.
