Refund policy

We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If you find that you're unhappy for any reason, please do the following:

Terms of Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

  1. Only your first order can be returned.
  2. We provide one refund per account.
  3. Your 30-day period begins as soon as you have placed your first purchase.
  4. All refund requests past the 30-day cut-off period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
  5. International returns are currently not accepted.
  6. Refunds will be processed as soon as we have received the product returned back to us.
  7. You must provide tracking when returning your product back to us - follow our Returns Process here.
  8. Shipping costs are not covered.

Returns Policy

For all products not covered under our Money-back Guarantee all returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with a brief explanation.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Ensure it is unopened in it’s original packaging.
  • Has been purchased within the last 28 days

To request a refund:

1. Contact our customer care team to initiate a return
2. Securely package your goods to be returned
3. Ensure your order number, email and reason for return are included 
4. Send tracked and provide proof of return to our customer care team
