How do I apply a discount to my subscription?Updated 5 months ago

If you've received a discount to apply of your active subscription - congrats! We’ve made it super simple to apply a discount code to your next order. 

Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Alyve account.

2. Go to Account > Manage Subscription.

3. Click on 'Go to Subscription Portal'.

4. Select 'View Your Next Order'.

5. Enter your discount code in the “Discount” section.

Please note: You can’t apply two discount codes at the same time. You can override the current discount for a different one.
