When you first complete your quiz or create your account - to activate your account, you should receive an email which says 'Active Your Account'.
To activate your account you click on the link within the email which will give you full accessibility and integrates your subscription/order information.
If your account shows as inactive, look for an activation email in your inbox.
If for any reason you didn't receive it or can't find it (please check your promotions or junk), or it's not working - try one of the below solutions:

2. Contact customer care team to assist you further & force reset your account
