Can I edit my formula, add or remove ingredients, or change dosages?
Your formula is built around the answers and goals you gave us in your quiz, so we can't swap, remove or change individual ingredients or dosages. What you can do is update your quiz answers, and your formula will update with them.
How can I update my formula?
You've got three options, so pick whichever suits you best:
Retake your quiz yourself. Retake your quiz here. Your formula will update based on your new answers and goals, and your next order will use it.
Go through it with one of our nutritionists. If you're an active subscriber and you'd rather talk it through, book a free call with one of our in-house nutritionists. They'll go through your quiz with you and make sure your formula reflects what you want to achieve.
Prefer to do it over email? Just let us know and we'll pass your question straight to our nutrition team, who'll get back to you.
Top tip: We recommend retaking your quiz every few months, so your formula keeps up with your latest goals.
Why can't individual ingredients be changed?
Each blend is made to our exact specifications by a trusted manufacturing partner, using processes that keep every batch consistent, effective and safe. That means we can't yet make one-off changes to individual ingredients or dosages. We're always looking at ways to give you even more flexibility, and we'll keep you updated as that changes.
